Yummy Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Wedges
Sometimes the simplest side dish is the one you want to make again. These sweet potato wedges are coated in coconut oil, smoked paprika, garlic and a little turmeric, then baked until ready to serve.
Pair them with your favorite meal, or enjoy a plate on their own. If you prefer a sweet version, the original post also suggests swapping the savory spices for cinnamon and brown sugar.

- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
